Wedding day co-ordination takes the stress
away from you and your family. You are free
to enjoy your day knowing that all details
are being taken care of and that everything
will take place on time and as you planned.

Wedding Day co-ordination varies according
to each bride's needs but can include:

Pre-wedding co-ordination: co-ordinating
such areas as dressing, hair, makeup
and photographer. We can also organize
food and beverages for consumption
during this time.

Ceremony co-ordination: Co-ordinate
the setting up of the ceremony location
and ensure everything has been adequately
set up. Ensure guests are welcomed
and seated in the correct area. Assist
bridal party where they need to stand
and the order for which they come down
the aisle. Assist celebrant or minister
with music during the ceremony. Co-ordinate
the removal of decorations and flowers
following the ceremony.

Reception co-ordination: depending
on your venue; co-ordinate the setting
up of the reception if required, co-ordinate
the order of the reception alerting
the appropriate people when they will
be required to be involved, attending
to the needs of your guest. Ensuring
the reception stays to time and you
are ready to leave when the schedule
time arrives. Co-ordinate the removal
of decorations, cake, gifts etc from
the venue.
